2. Project enquiries and communication
Purpose: responding to enquiries, technical consultation, preparing quotations and communication. We process your name, email address, project location and description, any optional company name and phone number, selected service and project stage, attachments and correspondence.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps for an individual enquirer under GDPR Article 6(1)(b); for business contacts and other enquiries, the legitimate interest in handling the enquiry under Article 6(1)(f). The form checkbox acknowledges receipt of the notice; it is not advertising consent.
Retention: where no contract results, 12 months from the last substantive communication. Where a contract is concluded, separate contractual and accounting retention rules apply. Records relevant to a specific legal dispute may be retained as necessary.
The online form cannot be submitted without its required fields. You may also contact us through another channel. Please send only data and documents needed to understand your project.
3. How form submission works
The Construct server validates the form and uses Resend to forward it by email to info@lenkerconstruct.hu. One PDF, PNG, JPG, DOC or DOCX attachment, up to 5 MB, is accepted. The website does not build a separate message or attachment database; the mailbox and delivery provider may still process delivery and operational records.
Submission includes a technical reference and abuse-prevention checks. The server may temporarily keep the IP address and request count in memory to restrict excessive submissions, based on the legitimate interest in secure operation. Analytics or advertising consent is not required to contact us.
4. Website operation and external providers
Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical records such as IP address, time, requested path and browser data. The purpose is website delivery, troubleshooting and security, based on legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Provider-level technical retention follows the provider’s rules and any necessary security investigation.
- OpenAI Sites / OpenAI Ireland Limited: hosting and website delivery. Privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: infrastructure, content delivery and security. Privacy policy.
- Plus Five Five, Inc. / Resend: email delivery of enquiries and attachments. Privacy policy and data-processing terms.
- Google Maps: the automatically loaded location map. Google privacy policy.
Provider addresses and contact details appear in the Legal notice. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their linked policies and processing terms explain locations and transfer safeguards.
5. Map, cookies and optional measurement
The footer’s Google Maps frame loads automatically when the page opens. Your browser connects directly to Google, which may receive your IP address and technical browser information and use cookies under its own policy. Analytics and advertising switches do not control the map, and no separate map-loading preference is stored.
Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel measurement is currently disabled. It does not start without an operational identifier and appropriate information. Future activation requires prior, separately selectable consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). See the Cookie notice.
6. Recipients and security
Data is available to staff handling the enquiry and to providers only as needed for their task. Personal data may be shared with a technical contributor only as necessary for the relevant consultation, with appropriate information and a legal basis. We do not sell personal data or use it for unsolicited advertising.
Safeguards include HTTPS, access restrictions and submission validation. Supply only necessary personal data online. Processing does not involve automated individual decision-making or profiling.
7. Your rights and remedies
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Send requests to info@lenkerconstruct.hu. We normally respond within one month and notify you within that period if a justified extension is needed.
